The red dot is where the meeting will be held.

The program for the meeting is the same as for all our meetings.

Program:
Friday: We will gather on the Friday. On the evening, there will be a lighter dinner. As usual, there will be time for socialization and bike inspectioning, as well as a great opportunity for those who visit the meetings for the first time to get to know people. Rumors say that some have taken a few quenchers during the evening during previous meetings. Nothing suggests that this would not also be the case this year.

Saturday: Breakfast and day trips. On the afternoon there will be free time for people to do what they wish, such as enjoying ice cold baths in the baltic sea or going for a stroll in the picturesque Sandvig - Allinge. On the evening, the annual meeting will be held, followed by dinner. More bike inspections will follow on the evening.

Sunday: Breakfast and departure.

The price has not been deicided yet, but it will be somewhere around the usual. Futher information will follow. To register for participation, send an email to Bent.

Bornholm is well worth a longer visit than the meeting offers. Therefore, there will be held an activity where club members Bent and Calle arranges smaller trips in the surroundings or give tips about nice places. This will happen the days before the meeting. We can visit fishing camps, go to the town Rønne, visit the medieval fortification Hammershus or go by boat to the island Christiansø. If the weather is fine, there is much to explore and see. This activity is not part of club activities. Bent and Calle will arrive on Tuesday evening 2009-08-17. Everyone will be free to join Bent and Calle whenever they wish. These bookings are handled by Bent. Send an email to Bent. Everyone is of course free to spend the nights somewehre else. No fee is taken for this activity, so everyone will pay for their own costs on these extra days.

A tip is to extend the trip to the german island Rügen. There is a ferry between Trelleborg to Sassnitz, and one from Sassnitz to Rønne. There is plenty of information about Rügen on the Internet.

There are quite a few ferries to Bornholm. It is a good idea to order tickets a long time in advance, especially between Sassnitz and Rønne. This also goes for the trip back to Bornholm.
