Ernst Hegeler har öppnat sitt bakluckeloppis på söndag morgon. Det mest spännande där var en helt nytillverkad twin-motor. Ernst brukar vara en flitig gäst på våra träffar här uppe i Skandinavien och vanligen åker han på något som han byggt eller renoverat och därigenom visat tillförlitligheten. Kör han inte själv så lånar han ut till vänner och partners.

Känner vi Ernst rätt så sitter det en kombinerad alternator och tändsystem på magnetens plats framför vevhuset för att ge plats för en startmotor på generatorns plats ovanpå växellådan. Detta är nästan enda chansen att kunna ha startmotor på en Norvin där ramrören annars hindrar de vanliga lösningarna på detta.

Motorn levererades till en svensk köpare som kom till Fritzatorpet och hämtade den.

Ernst Hegeler is a frequent guest to the Scandinavian Meets and he usually drives a vehicle built or restored by himself, thereby proving its reliability. If he does not drive himself, he kindly lends the vehicle to a friend to make the journey!

If we know Ernst correctly, there is a combined alternator and ignition system at the front where the magneto usually sits. This way there is room for a starter in the place where the alternator normally is placed. This is more or less the only way when it comes to a Norvin where the frame tubes tend to obstruct other solutions.
This engine was intended for a Swedish buyer who arrived at Fritzatorpet to collect it.
